PLEASE NOTE THAT ACCOMMODATION CAN NO LONGER BE BOOKED VIA THE ONLINE REGISTRATION FACILITY. IF YOU WISH TO BOOK ACCOMMODATION, YOU CAN DO SO BY CALLING THE HOTELS DIRECTLY. Conference accommodation has been negotiated at the following hotels. Rooms can be booked via the online registration form, which will be available from late October, 2008. As per our agreements with the hotels, no more delegate bookings can be made from the 8th of June 2009 , so please book early to avoid disappointment. We require credit card details to secure your accommodation booking. The card details will be provided to the hotel as security for your booking and the equivalent of one night's room rate may be debited by the hotel as a deposit. Any cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made in writing to QUT Events, and are subject to the conditions of the hotel you have chosen. You will be responsible for settling your account upon arrival at the hotel. QUT Events does not process payment for your accommodation. Your accommodation booking cannot be guaranteed without credit card details. If you wish to charge your accommodation to a third party card, an authorisation form must be supplied to the hotel from the third party on check-in, otherwise you will be individually responsible for your account at check out. Please note: Invoices/receipts for accommodation expenses can ONLY be issued by the hotel directly.
